Hi,

Got asked a question from a young man who I helped get going with Arduino, but was unable to answer due to my lack of knowledge.

He was thinking about trying the ARM Cortex chips, but seems many different manfacturers use them on their own dev boards, so he wondered which would be the best to get started with ? NXP and ST seem to be popular ?

He had looked these boards in Farnells, seems they are Arduino compatible.

Also he is using Studio 6 but not sure if those or similar boards would work with it ?

Would appreciate some info as to the best board for him.

Thanks Ian, will have to ask him why he had not looked at that , he seems on the ball generally.
