- At a given KV rating, will a motor with higher Watts have more torque?
- At a given watts rating, will a motor with lower KV's have more torque?
- Can we calculate KV from rpm and volts? Eg, 4900rpm/72V=68KV ?

NO,
For e.g. a DC brushed motor usually possess the highest torque at zero RPM
Also you appear to mixing up electrical and mechanical HP.

KV is BLDC terminology. Don't know if it makes more sense that way?

I did find out what the KV means a long time ago, but I've forgotten.

Ah that is the misleading RC term, KV for Krpm/volt.
I assume that is where the OP is confused?
The word 'Servo' is often used for the RC context, which if not confirmed, can be confusing!
