Torn trace, SMD, possible to repair?

See the attached images. I tore the lower trace for that little IC. Is there anything that can be done about this?

There is no visible via going to the other side that I can jump a wire to. I even tried digging into the resin of the PCB to see if I could find a small trace to solder onto, but I guess that was a bad idea.

What kind of board is it? Someone may have one to compare. Pictures on shopjimmy may help. also check datasheet of ic for pinouts.
