top half vertical missing

does any one have any advice on a atc113 rca tv chassis top half of vertical missing replaced ic and checked all surrounding capacitors and diodes i dont have a scematic and need to know what the voltages on the output ic are supposed to be ic is a tda8177 any help would be greatly appreciated

Most probably Vertical foldover. I would replace electrolytic caps in the Vert stage, should be fairly cheap.

Yes, try replacing (at least) the bootstrap cap, and the scan coil coupling capacitor (assuming it was them).
