JimB Super Moderator Most Helpful Member Jul 11, 2010 #2 Try pressing the reset. I have an older TomTom, a couple of times it has done something similar where it turns on but does not work. Pressing the reset fixed it. On mine, the reset is inside a very small hole underneath the unit. JimB
