Tiny SPST SMD DIPswitchs needed for option resistors

Hi,
We have looked everywhere but cannot find single switch , tiny SMD dipswitchs. Do you know of any?
We need them to be around 0603 resistor size if possible........but if they go up to 1206 size then we can look into that.
Its to switch on/out option resistors that are connected to our modules......the current in the switch will be sub 1mA, and the voltage being switched is less than 10V

All the ones we see are at least 2.5mm by 5.2mm...which is too big for our PCB
 
I've never seen any that small.

Could you squeeze a surface mount rotary type in? A 16 way one could control four circuits, if one end is common.
You can get a 16 way in 7mm size, if not smaller.
