Tinning Wires

I'm ordering a bunch of tinned wire to fit in a PCB that I have. I know the diameter of the hole in the PCB (0.80mm) and the diameter of the various wire gauges, so a 22AWG should fit (0.644mm diameter). If the wire is tinned, though, how much can I expect the diameter of the wire to increase? I might just get 24AWG to be safe, but then I would continue to have this same question!

Since we cannot control your supplier's process, you should be asking them or tell them what is required.

We can speak of "tinned" to mean "tin plated" or "tinned" to mean solder has been applied to the stripped part of the wire.
