Timing Circuit

Hi,

I've created the circuit using the crystal listed on this site: 4000 series CMOS Logic ICs

However Q14 (pin 3) isn't giving me 2Hz like it should. As far as I can tell it's flashing once every just under 2 seconds (about 0.5-0.7Hz).

Can anyone suggest what mistake I might have made?

Oops, my bad... didn't connect pin 11 to the other end of the crystal...
