ikalogic Member Jan 15, 2007 #1 hello, i bought this from a store, they told me the datasheet was online, but back there, there is nothing.. so i turned back to you guys. on the back there is written: CT one lead is longer than the other. as you can see on the picture, it's coated in black. is it a photodiode? photo transistor? is it locked at 38 Khz? thx i'll be making some tests here trying to figure out what it is.. hope it won't see the white light while it make my tests... mvs sarma Well-Known Member Jan 15, 2007 #2 hI, Ikalogic if you carefully inspect the sides witha magnifier, you find the number engraved(not printed-thus no color for it). however follow general connectivity, you may find it responding. Can you provide a close shot pic?
