Hi all,
Myself Mohan working as R&D engineer in Zettaone technologies,
I'm searching for test bench to measure junction capacitance of a diode(any diode),
i'm not able to find out the exact circuit to measure or test junction capacitance of diode please any one help me by providing circuit .

Below graph i'm i need to plot by measuring diode junction capacitance.

My first thoughts were that you could use an oscillator and measure the frequency as the capacitance changed.
As in this recent thread here:
https://www.electro-tech-online.com...istor-and-rf-transformer.156469/#post-1350239

Then I noticed that the graph stated that the frequency was 1MHz.
So may be you need to make or buy a capacitance measuring bridge that works at 1MHz.

You could try googling " Capacitance bridge 1MHz".
I did and got lots of hits.

Here are several references providing methods and circuits for testing diode junction capacitance:

Hello Mr. Jim,

may be i was wrong in describing my requirement, I am trying to simulate and verify a PSPICE model of a Diode againt its datasheet characteristics. Do you have any recommendations towards the same ?

Thank you,

BR,

Mohan, you said:

Now you say:
may be i was wrong in describing my requirement, I am trying to simulate and verify a PSPICE model of a Diode

Yes indeed you are wrong, there is no doubt about it.
Why did you deliberately ask the wrong question?

Do you have any recommendations towards the same ?
No.
