I wonder if anybody could help me. The problem is temperature sensor, which acts as PN connection. When measured with universal instrument it shows 0.56 in one way and 1.2 in the other way. when om-measured it shows 27K. Could anyone tell me what sensor is it?
From the ohm reading it could be a standard thermistor.
Measure the resistance as you hold the sensor with your fingers. If the resistance drops rapidly from your body heat the device is likely a negative temperature coeficient thermistor.
