I need to build a light box with 4(four), or more lights controled with push button cords. First light on, gets to answer the question by the teacher.
Sounds simple but she wants to block other lights from coming on after the first light is activated. I would like to build this without relays. Is there a logic circuit to do this?

Thanks MAXEY

I have just the thing. How's this?: **broken link removed**
It should be perfect! By the way, why don't you want to use relays?
