J jeffrey vargas New Member Feb 21, 2011 #1 i'm having trouble with the TCL tv i'm repairing. the power indicator keeps blinking and i have found out that the horizontal output transistor is shorted but i encountered the same symtoms after replacingthe HOT. what could be the possible cause?
