This is about mini-XLR wiring.
I have a headset mic with a T3AF plug that I would like to fit to a Shure BX wireless bodypack, which accepts a T4AF plug. The T3AF on the mic has 2 wires only, a red and a green(black?) that are connected to sockets 3 and 1 respectively. It seems logical to me that the wires should connect to the same numbered posts on the T4AF plug. Any thoughts?
