Howdy,

I'm new here and was referred by a regular on the DIYstompboxes forum. I think this subject is a little off topic there. I'd like to build a controller for stage lighting along the lines of the AMDJ T-4. Wish list includes the following:

~ A switchable mode for random/repeatable control (chase controller?)
~ Sound activated mode with ¼” inputs for envelope detector side chain (or a simple built-in detector) and a mic input.
~Three or four hi wattage power outputs with variable frequency trigger controls (thyristors, pots and R/C networks?)
~ Power/signal isolation
~ The usual buffer/preamp/amp

Anyone built one? Bought one (got a schematic?)? Care to offer design ideas?
Thanks.
