I've got few IC from local flea market along with some other stuff. I don't know whether it's EPROM or anything else. Here is the image. Google unable to retrieve any useful information !

ATMLU114.JPG

In first line : ATMLU114
In 2nd line : 2GB 2
In 3rd line : .0F2319

It's pin no. 2 is shorted with pin no. 1

Hi Rotarymaker,

Thanks for your reply.

As I guessed, but when I put this in serial EPROM programmer it wasn't detected. Anyway I'll specifically select IC No. & try to burn.

Thanks again.
