Hi,

I have used a Atmel microcontroller to control the two motors. I have used the motor driver ULQ2004AD to driver motors. I need to use only one motor at a time while switch off the power supply to other. For this i used MOSFET, but i have to drive it by TTL 5v volts. but I have used 12v dc motors. I get only 5v as output. Kindly suggest me the suitable switching circuit for drive only one motor at a time

Thanks & regards
shiva
