Hello every one,
I want to build an autonomous mobile rover that can avoid obstacles. Also, this rover will have a robotic arm attached to it. If the rover encounters an object of interest, I want the rover to get close to the object, and then pick up that object using the robotic arm. Now Im thinking about using IR or Ultra-sonic sensors for this project. But what about using robitic vision based system? Does anyone have any advice as to which approach would be most effective??
