spice model/vendor for MBS4992 (SBS)

Hi All,

I am looking for a vendor and PSPICE/SPICE model for MBS 4992 (Silicon Bidirectional Switch). Most big companies have discontinued production.

I know of two subs: NTE6403 and Sk9120 but these two have a much higher off-state current, which is critical to my design. The 4492 has a off state current of 0.1uA.
