Hi guy's,
Can anyone provide me with the details of the above mosfet spice model. It's for the simulation of the 24-12 volt schematic I'm working on. The recommended mosfet being a surface mount chip and the price has made me look for a similar mosfet and the above seems to fit the bill. Any in my post on the 24-12 volt regulator I have put in both datasheets.
