Hi

Has anybody worked on speech synthesis using pic micro ?
Am planning to start with this one but still figuring how to go ahead. basically what i think to use is the PIC's PWM along with low pass filter which would be then sent to amp. can anybody help :?:

Thanks in advance :D

Hi!

What you want is pretty hard because of the limitations of PIC memory. You can try to use the method described here
**broken link removed** to store the sounds.

Maybe it will work for you. However you'll have to record all the sounds of a language and this could fill up your memory pretty quickly. Or maybe you can do something with an external eeprom.

Best regards,
ldril
