APD apparently does not maintain a website -- though they're still in business and sell through distributors only. They are based in Lynn, Massachusetts. A quick call to them at 1-781-592-6090 got me **broken link removed**, but it was largely unreadable. It seems to be a copy of a copy of an enlargement and it was faxed to me... so the quality image is rather poor.
