I've never understood the need to provoke and then despatch an animal as a form of entertainment, however 'traditonal'.
I think the bull made a better 'point' here:
if you'll pardon the pun...
You ain't seen South Africa yet. "They" slaughtered a Bull today to bless the SWC.
The Bull was slaughtered in public to loud applause from the majority of "people" that attended.
What a weird "people" these retarded, super superstitious fools are. Nuff said.
Isn't Spain the country that celebrates some sort of tradition where thousands of people run through the streets while tossing tomatoes at each other? It's one big tomato fight. If it's not intentionally released bulls taking out a crowd, it's themselves pummeling each other, but with tomatoes. What a werid country.
I agree wholeheartedly. I hate seeing food wasted. Restaurants and cruise ships and casinos waste tremendous amounts of food, and even more just for decorative purposes too. Where I work at, they refuse to even give left-over food to the farmers for their livestock. There's always this "liability" excuse that's touted as the reason for sending it to the dumpster, then to the landfill where sea gulls, crows, rats, and raccoons hang out and get fat. We're all living too richly and this is the reason why playing with food.I don't like wasting food!

Checking out what happened to the money I found that it was spent completely for books, toys and recreation facilies.
