Solenoid Lift circuit query.

Hi

I have previously posted here to ask for guidance on a lift circuit. I went away with the advice but I have some more questions.

MY PROJECT

• • I need to raise a plattform (300cm sqaured) made of plastic
• Wieghing 0.5gram
• the platform needs to raise 20cm verticaly
• and then return to start position

I am at the design stage and wondered if any one knows of a circuit I could use. I am looking at a 12v solenod to raise the platform.

Does anyone have information available for a 12v solanoid 'crow bar' circuit?
