software UART

hi, i've a pc connected to a microcontroller , and this micro is connected to another micro in which is connected to another PC .
i wanna send a msg from the 1st pc and be transmitted to the another pc .

im using 89C52 which have only 1 UART, and im using Keil C51...
i've managed to transmit and recieve bytes from pc to the micro but from micro to micro i couldnt do that , i've googled and didnt find what i need ..

i tried also extract the byte's bits and send the bits bit by bit by a delay but there were a problem in synchronization .. and also couldnt determine the baud rate ...

Software UART's are trivial to write, and there must be hundreds on the net if you google - can't help you with 89C52 but my tutorials have PIC examples.

can you just write the algorithm and i will try to port it to a 8051 c code ?
