C carlfil New Member Jun 26, 2012 #1 Hello all, Maybe some one can help me to find an SMD capacitor value? I'm trying to fix a notebook pc graphic card and I can see one inflated capacitor on it. The written values are: 330 e86 (picture above) I guess it'a a 330 µF but what means the e86? Thank you Best regards

B bountyhunter Well-Known Member Jun 26, 2012 #3 It could be 330uF or 33uF. Sometimes the third digit is the decade multiplier.

B bountyhunter Well-Known Member Jun 27, 2012 #5 Need to find the data sheet. Or take it out and measure it.
B bountyhunter Well-Known Member Jun 27, 2012 #6 It does look like a Sanyo which would probably make it a 330 uF cap. https://gath.en.alibaba.com/product...O_6TPB470M_Tantalum_Capacitor_470UF_6_3V.html

C carlfil New Member Jun 27, 2012 #7 Need to find the data sheet. Click to expand... you mean the hole circuit datasheet? And as you said it could also be an 33µF... Ok I have a second one in the board (same value) it looks good and I'm gonna measure it. But I'm not sure about the tantalum feature... best regards
