I received some bits I ordered today and in with what I was expecting was 4 of these .. .. ..

Anybody know what they are ?

Looks to be a SOT23-6. Not sure of the markings, If I get finished with my work early I'll look around some.
 
I was bored with my work so I took break and did a little googling. Closet I found was:

Looks like many chinese sources used BQ7D for this ic. here is an example of one:
