Use a voltage divider consisting of two equal value resistors in series, with the junction being the signal going to the DAC.
Connect a capacitor from that point to ground to reduce the noise.

How fast do you need to read the voltage?

If the noise is 50Hz or 60Hz electrical hum then use a shielded audio cable.

What is the source/nature of the noise ?

What is DAQ resolution ? # bits and range of signal amplitude ?
