i have a project that include 4 seven segment displays , i wonder how to make pcb for it
there is no one already attached to it . i use proteus program for pcb

you should be aware that there are many 7-seg displays on the market (Common anode, common cathode, individual 7seg displays, clusters of two, three or four 7seg digits, different colours, size etc.).

yes , you are right , in my case it is common anode 1" display

i find a solution to make a footprint for it in ARES proteus

well, it would be advisable to buy a 7 segment first, and play with it. It'd help with familiarizing and all that.

i already have done that and i make on proteus new device with footprint but i have alot of unconnected wiring is proteus good at pcb

Proteus is as good as you are at PCB.
