Hi
What is a sandcastle pulse?What should i input to the pin of an IC which asks for a "three level sandcastle input"?
 
sandcastle

you should be able to find this in the datasheet of the IC.

it is used for triggering, for colour decoding, for anything.
some IC's use it as clockinput.

so check the datasheet of your chip.
