yea but what kinds of caps they are really? The electronics part store here was not helpful to give me those caps, he just thought they are VDR's!
But I do not know which KINDS of the caps they are because I never have seen any cap like them. They are connected to a troid which comes from 220V mains, So they do not seem to be ceramic caps, What about using polyster caps instead?
 

They are ceramic, you need to replace them with similar types - however, as I said originally they look to be just mains filter capacitors and wouldn't cause any problems, the toroid will be the other part of the filter. They aren't the kind of capacitors you will find in a general store, you need to soutce them from specific TV spares companies.

However, if they are mains filter capacitors then just remove them, the set should work perfectly normally without them.
