Request for ultrasound imaging system design help

I'm trying to build a small, simple, cheap ultrasound system (1 dimension - A or B mode). Need help designing mixed-signal (analog + digital) circuits (or identifying commercially available components). Can provide compensation. Thanks

wut do u wanna detect? arent there things that u can use for fishing that detect fish w/ ultrasound?

would like to form image of human tissue (medical imaging). thanks for tip on fish finders, hadn't thought of that.
