Repairing Damaged Laminator Machine

hi team my laminator machine cosmic C0240-1 no heating .And the resistor is blown i cant see the colour code to replace another one.Anyone to help with the resistor number

in order to help you figure out how to fix your laminator, we need more information. pictures would help. especially pictures of the circuit board, and any internal wiring.
