I have the same issue without the water damage. My gym boss minimax started vibrating constantly and then died. I opened it today and found that also in mine the Inductor broke to pieces and one wire was loose. (It appears to be a common problem. I found the same issue in one Amazon review)
I just wanted to leave here that I suppose it's this inductor:
Burns: SDE0403A-330K costs less than a euro/dollar.
