No they are totally different - as the names suggest, one is the rating for the coil (that actually activates the relay, this is usually given as a voltage and a resistance - for example 12V 240 ohms). The other is the rating of the contacts, the actual switch which opens and closes as the relay is turned on and off - the ratings for this will give voltage and current, and usually for both Ac and DC - DC will have a far lower current rating.
A relay is simply a coil (electromagnet) that moves a pair of contacts (switch).
