Recognise this diode?

Title says it all really, need to replace one of these but can't find out exact spec.

Hi there,

That number is probably a manufacturers number that is used to identify the part
from other similar parts, but it's more of an "ID" number than an actual part number.
This means you might not be able to find out what it is unless you get lucky and
someone has used one or has the same unit it came from or something like that.
If you have a circuit diagram or can make one we can probably figure out what
kind of diode you can use to replace it.
 
There are several smd marking guides on the net. That said, '76' on a diode isn't listed on the ones I normally use.

Start with the package size; take another picture with a reference ruler in view. Or tell us how wide those traces are.
