Recently i observed my Old Radio tuner...which had following symbols at the back, may i know what it means?

That is external AM antenna port if needed. Not for FM.

External antenna unit may have two terminal for connecting to a receiver. One is signal output and other is ground.

That screw(with caution) looks like a fix for FM/or SW telescopic areal. If you unscrew it you need to open the cover to fix it properly.
