M milocas New Member Nov 25, 2008 #3 I found in at outside near my neighbors house.....It's silver, it say Pansat...Hard to explain it. But i just connected to a live outlet and got nothing on it...

audioguru Well-Known Member Most Helpful Member Nov 25, 2008 #4 Look in Google. A Pansat is a free-to-air satellite TV receiver. It is probably broken.
