radio sensitivity enhancement

i am trying to build a device that enhances the speech band cutting out or reducing the other bands. i am doing this by designing six identical P.C.B.'s with an MF10 chip on each one along with other assorted componments only i don't know how to do it. does some body know an appropriate P.C.B. design.

Try using PCB designing software like the famous one "Eagle" from www.cadsoft.de
