hey,
I'm new in making PCBs, i used Eagle to design my PCB but when i printed it the components were still on the board not only the tracks....
so i want to know if there is a way to remove the components from the layout when printing it so that only the tracks are printed??

When you print you get all the layers you see on the screen.

Use the DISPLAY icon to turn off all but the layers you want to print.

I often use BOTTOM PADS VIAS and DIMENSION

As already mentioned by 3v0, Eagle display is WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get)

Here are the steps to follow for the solder side of a PCB to be printed.

You are only interested in pads, vias, traces and holes if printing that side. So disable all layers not required for the job.

Refer to the attached pictures.
