how to know if an IR sensor is TX or Rx?
they are the same color(white). is there any way how to test it?
or anything of the two can be use Tx and Rx? tnx..

Post a picture. Does the IR have a name or number?
In what product did you find it?
If you look at the circuit board you should get a clue wether it's input or output by just looking at the circuit board.

Point them at each other, and hook each one up in series with an led and resistor. Power it on, and both LEDS should light.

Pull out one LED, and see if the other one goes off, or almost off.

If the other LED doesn't go off, put this one back in and pull out the other LED. The one you just put back in should turn off or almost off.

The one that you pulled out which turns the other off (or almost off) is in series with your IR emitter LED. The other IR device is the receiver (photodiode or phototransistor).

It helps to do this in a place where not much sunlight enters - the sunlight IR will interfere with your testing.
