Quantization applied to an analog signal. It can be seen that a slight error is introduced in this process when the signal is Quantized or approximated. The degree of accuracy depends on the number of quantization levels used. So Quantization Value depends on sampled value ?

Since you're only take samples of the analog signal, portions of that signal are missed so, yes, the digitized (or sampled value) version of the analog signal (or, if you will, the quality of the reproduction) depends on the sampling frequency. It will never be an exact reproduction of the original until you achieve an infinite numbers of samples, a number you cannot accomplish.
