Here's a free schematic of my PSU Module with Variable Frequency and Duty Cycle build your own its great for many practical purposes.... **broken link removed**
 
You must have posted the wrong URL because all I see is a partial schematic of a device that isn't a PSU.

It appears only to be useful in blinking an LED. The schematic is labeled 'pulse width modulator' and so it controls the blinking pulse width. There is another op amp output that produces a 50% square wave of the same unknown frequency.

The links I followed go to a store called 'Alterntech.com' which make me think this is just SPAM.
 
Sorry I must correct a mistake.... this is a schematic for a 50W PWM circuit not a PSU... my mistake.... Thx for letting me know Mneary
