Last question.Somedy said:" blowing bulb should not trip two overcurrent breakers. "

I am worried . So it shouldnt or yes?

We had a fridge bulb blowing take out a whole industrial ring main in our office a few months ago. We normally have quite a load on there with heatguns and other equipment but have never had the breaker trip until that fridge bulb went ......

So blowed bulb can trip together outlets and lightning then?
Depending on how the building is wired...
For the thousandth time YES.
