I have undertaken a project to repair a 20 MHz Duel Trace Kenwood Crow .
At this stage the crow has a dot in the center of the tube.I can not get any other function on the crow I nead help to what area of the crow to find the problem.

What is a crow? Do you mean oscilloscope? If there is a dot on the tube, the high voltage must be working and the problem is in the low voltage supply since neither the verticle or horizontal is working. Do you have a schematic and multimeter?

Gregory,
The "crow" you mentioned is in fact CRO which stands for Cathode Ray Oscilloscope.
