I have a couple of tubes of 22V10Z-25CNT PALs. I have the JEDEC file that needs to be loaded into the PALs. I have a DOS-based application that will dump the data into the PAL via a SAC-201 interface card that is plugged into an ISA slot in an antique PC and a Tribal Microsystems TUP-400 UNIVERSAL PROGRAMMER AND TESTER. The TUP-400 smoked.

I need a new programming device of some sort, and code that will load the JEDEC file. Of course, I have other computers available -- XP, Windows 7, Linux if necessary.

Can anyone offer a suggestion? Or do it for me?
