Hi
I have this problem with an old LG. When I turn on the TV the standby led turns on for a second or less and then nothing else happens. Everytime I plug it I have the same symptom.
Any Help? Thanks in advance
The original power supplies in these sets were diabolically poor in my opinion...and the replacements not much better.
I suspect you will need to spring for a power supply board. Component level repairs are simply not worth the effort or frustration.
