Problem with design a circuit using Multisim

Anyone can help to construct a circuit which will produce the output waveform shown in the attachment ? The input voltage is 15V peak to peak 500Hz. We are only allowed to use only +-12V for the d.c.voltages . Thanks a lot !

Is the input waveform a 15V p-p sine-wave?
Then use an opamp to clip it into the clipped wavform like in your drawing.

What is the p-p voltage of the output?
