I have built a crcuit "multi-chip programer" which i found it on the internet.
After I finished building up the circuit i tried to program my pic16f84a using the software IC-Prog but I hve faced with a problem.the programer gaves me an error message at verifying stage "verify failed at address 0000h!". The circuit diagram looks as follows in the website
