Power transistors and LCD display

Hi there,

I need datasheets on the following three components

- Toshiba MG100G2YL1
- Toshiba MG150G2YL1
- Okaya Electric Industries display model RU-32-8RDCI-2

I have a datasheet of similar components as the Toshiba transistors, but the exact numbers are not listed. According to this the modules are darlington transistor modules, but the size of the components is not similar. The display is from an old robotics controller. Any information about where to find datasheets on those components will be very much appreciated.

Where did you get the components from?

I mean: In what dewice does the IC's belongs to originaly?

The components are all from an old robotics controller more than 20 years old, so maybe that's why the component datasheets are difficult to find
